    @OVTune
Have you found any throttle and or shift maps for low 4? Future add on? Available with pro tuner package?

First gear 4Low throttle limiter table is already available
every single shift table in the ECU is available in the current list.

If you're in the mood to test, see if the acceleration shift tables affect 4low for you. Next time I'm in a 4low situation thats what I'll be doing. The accel tables remove the overdrive gears which is exactly how 4low behaves. But the scale may be off on these tables as well just like the rest of the shift tables.

The first gear throttle limiter is there, but the individual throttle limits are not. Or are the tied to the S Gear limits?
Either way the shift points are of way more interest. Do you know which controls low 4 off hand? If not, we'll figure it out on our own.

The acceleration tables to seem to make the most sense. The lable certainly isn't intuitive, but the values seem to line up.

according to what I see in code, the primary tables are used in 4H and 4L.

Very very easy way to test.
set your primary tables to upshift very low, even at full throttle.
put it in 4L and see that you will upshift way before the limiter.

The acceleration tables are used in some timer conditions and also limp mode conditions.

Appreciate the insight. Just was thinking the acceleration tables as 5th and 6th Gear do not exist in 4low. We'll dig into it.

Interestingly, the OM only shows max speeds in 4Lo for the first four gears only.

Has anyone dug into the torque model table yet? Any other big discoveries yet? I remade my 91 tune in 85 and somehow I made it drive better than my premium tune. Also has anyone messed with the request to air load table yet? I'm wondering of smoothing out the top would do anything

I'd have to imagine that this dip is limiting torque/throttle in the lower rpm range

Look at the RPM range for that dip. it's idle. Not affecting any actual driving range

Has anyone monitored long term and short term fuel trims with their custom tunes?

Exactly my point. 5th and sixth upshifts are 255.999 on the acceleration tables. However it appears that first gear and second gear definitely follow primary tables and not Acceleration tables

This is literally all I've been doing since I got my new 5.29 gears, since I've gone from 17-18 mpgs down to 13.5... I've been mostly trying to find the sweet spot with the shift points and Torque Converter settings (since I'm not convinced they translate perfectly to the different gear ratio). I'm trying to give each flash a couple weeks, so only on the second iteration now, about to try the third, but what I'm on now has gotten me back to about 14.5 average. This is on a 91 oct, but next iteration is going to be running 93 fuel on a regular octane tune to see if that has any boost.

I think the assumption is that you'll never use 5th and 6th gear on 4Hi and 4Lo? Personally, I never have...

Wow, I'm so late to this party. Can someone point me towards 04b31 premium tunes?
I just flashed an 87oct tune and HOLY S**T!
What a difference from the VF premium tune I've been running (no disrespect to the VF guys, the software and support are awesome).
