Our website / products are temporarily going to be down while we work on our software updates.

So I guess this is why I haven't gotten the reg file or the tuner files I purchased a week ago.

The reg key is handled by an outside party which we are at the mercy of when we get it.

The software update we are working for is to get rid of that part of the process.

    as soon as possible.
That is why we are taking things down temporarily to update everything, clear out tickets, etc.

We will be taking this time to fix our email client, issues with emails going to spam or not being received, etc.

    It's new... so nothing yet
Since I'm doing this from work... Just a question... I upgraded to a new laptop, how do I register it? Should I use the key I was sent before? I would try the OV website, but work has that site blocked. Thanks

The vftuner.com site is down for updates at the moment.

You're MasterKey, username, and password are all the same, but you will need a new REG file to flash.

@OVTune will I be able to use a Mongoose Pro cable instead of buying an Xentry? Friend who is a Toyota tech at a dealership has the mongoose pro and I could grab that for free and save $ if you tell me it can work. I’d think it SHOULD...it’s what he uses to read/change/update every car he works on, but just wanted to ask awhile.

Waiting for the new, simple, cleaned up version of stuff coming soon from you guys, and then when an 87 performance 04C20 file is ready (hopefully with gear hold and stuff) I’ll be buying!

I haven’t checked back in for several months now in hopes that 2.0 final with all the features (gear lock, tow mode, etc) is finally done.

    Am I in luck?

@OVTune any idea when the tune packs will be going out next? I ordered mine (order #7933) on 12/21 but then knew you all were shutting down the holidays so I held off on requesting them until about a week ago.

Seriously?! I thought for sure it would be out by now. Is it still planned on being released?

It's just more and more features....call it 'scope creep' but I think it will be worth the wait.

I used to think that way. Then @Mooseditty17 came along with a tweak here and a tweak there and pretty soon the wait is over. :burnrubber:

I just thought we’d have gear lock by 2021. I thought it was originally scheduled for like May or July of 2020.

You can still make it happen with vF Tuner and some instructions found in this very thread.
