    Clutch start cancel.

Useful for remote start systems too no doubt

No problem. A live clutch / start is like having the Clutch Start Cancel switch working all of the time. If in gear and you turn the key, it moves. Was helpful when the reserve petcock was too slow on the Ural. I was able to crank it off the road a couple times. On my other bike, I was able to clutch it up my trailer when the fuel line popped off the pump. In the saab, it was convenient for the passenger on cold days with the top down to get some heat if I ducked into a store.

IIRC, 1st gens have a mod where it's always on with ignition. As usual I'm sure it's much more complicated with 3rd gens.

It seems that you could do just about anything on a 1st Gen with a handful of jumpers.

did anyone else catch the credit price increase that came with this mornings update... :( looks like a
    $3+ increase per credit
    $12+ per truck

    NEW PRICES
    8 - $120 - (15/c)
    24- $280 - (11.66/c)
    40- $500 - (12.50/c)

    OLD PRICES
    8- $80 - (10/c)
    24- $220 - (9.16/c)
    40- $320 - (8/c)

@OVTune will this be updated again? in the past the 40 credit buy has been the cheaper solution

edited: to show cost of old 8

We posted a bit ago that credits would be increasing in price with the expansion of 2 new platforms + TCU access and upcoming custom features.

It was also posted on our forum before the release of 1.2.9.9.5

40 credits are suppose to be 11.50 / each, that's been updated

    @OVTune

No way to buy just 4 credits then?

You said all the updates will be in the newest revision only, 04b42 for me since I'm on 04b41.

To update will require 4 credits for me to edit the files. I have absolutely no use for the other 4 credits.

I wouldn't even consider updating to 04b42 if it weren't for your updates for the mt.

I know I've seen it somewhere I just can't remember where.

If my computer drastically needs an update, do I just have to log back into vF again and that counts towards one of the 3 logins you're allowed? I know that's not the exact process but it's something similar correct?

updating your computer doesn't change your registration count.

Got the program installed on my laptop and am having issues. When I hit "Prepare ECU" it times out and won't go any further. Any suggestions?

Are you connected to the internet while connected to the Taco with the Tactrix drivers install from the vF Software Help menu?

Yes, I went through that process on Wednesday and got to the point of preparing the ECU. That was successful but I didn't continue as I noticed the laptop battery was low. Funny thing is that as soon as I hit prepare ecu it pulls up my voltage, vin, and some other info.

If it does that, then that step is complete. Move on to the next step.
