    You're welcome!

Yep. He will most likely ask for proof that you are on 04B14?

Yes. The edits here create an ultra-linear throttle. For me, I absolutely enjoyed it.

@92ehatch . Can you look at the throttle map that @houser1995 is talking about? Do we need to edit the post?

Before you investigate hatches tables let me see if b13 and b14 have different matrix values or some difference between tunes that would cause those values to be changed upon saving. When pasting the values all is correct. The 3D map doesn’t change for me when I paste an entire table so the only way for me to see the new 3D table is to close/save the table and re-open it. And everytime I do that I get the same result that is pictured in my post. Those values in the picture are not even relatively close to the values hatch has in his table. So my guess is that vf is trying to “correct” that table because of another table that affects it. I have no idea how accurate that is but that is my theory. I will check into this tonight. Compare tables between b13 and b14

I just checked 04B13 and 04B14. They are the same Stock and Tuned:
    upload_2021-12-1_13-53-11.jpg

The question that I have is that we never edited that map. Accelerator - Request to Airload. Our edits were typically to Accelerator - Acceleration Throttle Request to Airload (ATRA):
    upload_2021-12-1_13-55-27.jpg

Can you check which map was being discussed versus Accelerator - Request to Airload you edited?

I can also tell you from personal experience that there are certain maps that you can change with no issue, but then you'll eventually reach some other table and make an edit and it'll force an unwanted change to a prior table. Usually bug related, not an intentional coding piece

I'm just getting in from a 15 hour day. I'll look into this more tomorrow

I had no edits to the request to air load table. Only the throttle request to airload table.

Also, when you paste, it doesn't update the 3d map. To get the map to update just double click any cell and hit enter and it will update.

I would suggest no one use that until the issue is resolved, i haven't changed my stuff much since i posted these things and have no issues (except deer in my grill)

Looking at the screen shots, you pasted to the wrong map. See tonereds post

This happens for any map I'm copy-pasting into.

This is why I do the top left cell for any table when I click on it, following the CTRL-V, because it'll then change that cell's value on me, and I re-enter the correct value there. When I hit enter, it then updates the map

Ahhh well I am sorry for the confusion @tonered @92ehatch
I am sorry I haven’t got back to you sooner guys, been extremely busy this past week. But I saw the request to airload tab in the 92ehatch spreadsheet next to accelerator request to airload and thought it was that map “Request to airload” under the accelerator section. The map right under the ATRA

Hmm, im not sure why that's in there. I'll have to pull the file back up and check out what that is.

I did originally have a couple minute changes in there but took them out.

My only thought is i got confused and pasted the wrong values in the table.

Ahhh well I am sorry for the confusion @tonered @92ehatch I saw the request to airload in the spreadsheet next to accelerator request to airload and thought that it was the right map.
So in the past couple weeks I’ve updated to 04b14 and updated vf to 1.5. And upon experimenting I figured that table for sure shouldn’t be in there @92ehatch. I do see what you were doing with it though. If you paste the values from that request to airload table you made into vf in the request to airload map and click on the upper left column and press enter so that the 3D map updates I see that it smooths out a lot of the dips and such. But after you exit out of that map and save the changes it goes crazy and tries to correct it. The values do actually smooth the map but they apparently are too low/high and vf butchers the entire thing when trying to use them. So anybody using the table that @92ehatch made DO NOT use the request to airload table. All other tables are just fine, actually they are phenomenal. Good work @92ehatch and thank you for sharing it!

Note that in Version 1.5.0 some of the maps have different names and are in different locations. I need to update these threads for that. Ugh!

I noticed that @tonered has anybody found the ptet and ptet gear 1 maps in vf 1.5? I updated today and was planning on making my linear throttle tune for 04b14. I thought it would be easier to navigate but man it’s completely different. Overall it’s a better layout and I like it but it’s gonna take some relearning for sure to find maps

The Per Gear maps are at the end, I believe. I don't recall where I saw PTET. I will look later.

I stumbled upon the list of per gear maps. But I didn’t think that they were what I was looking for. The list goes 1st-6th gear then reverse and neutral I beleive. But I don’t beleive they said primary throttle efficiency target. Also thanks for looking into it and just doing all this in general. You, hatch, and all the others that aren’t afraid to help and make threads like this really make such a difference.

I finally got around to looking at the file from the first post of the thread and realize that is quite an older file.

I didn't realize it was added to the first post. The RTA in that file is actually one I adjusted, and worked fine. Not sure what is wrong with it now. Also, dont think it did anything noticeable to the truck.

At any rate, i've significantly reduced the maps that i have edited and pretty much stuck to Primary throttle changes and acceleration throttle request to airload. I did like the changes to the intake valves, but noticed a drop in MPG (if that matters)

Also, i turned my ACIS to both activate at the same rpm around 1000. With them set there, it has a bit of a low end torque loss but way smoother through the power band (no kick)

I haven't had my truck for 2 weeks as its in the body shop, i should get it back tomorrow and will continue playing with it, but i haven't done too much as we wait for more updates on VF side that specifically target the MT group

Have you found it yet? I’m out and about at the moment doing last minute Christmas shopping but when I get home I’m going to search vf again. I just want to get everything I need into the favorites tab before I start on my tune so I can keep track of everything while editing.
