Check to see if you’re running the little hub rings. Even though the wheels are hub centric that few mm off will really play hell. Also I’ve noticed folks with a more aggressive offset have more issues. I’m running 285 on 16” wheel. 0 offset. E rated and have been fine. Just recently started to get some wheel shimmy. Aligned ok but noted that the bushings in my uca were bad. So having ucas replaced

Ok so after going back to the dealer they said maybe the road force balance on the tires was too high, which is why I was getting vibrations. Numbers were 26, 25, 18 and 15. I went back to discount tire and the manager agreed to swap the tires for me, got another set of the same tires Toyo AT3's. Ride is smooth as stock now. The new road force numbers are all under 10, super happy about having this issue resolved.

I guess AT tires with road force numbers on the higher end will cause vibrations in our trucks, I'm so glad I didn't have to replace any hardware like rotors or UCAs

I had ongoing issues getting my General Grabber 285-75r16's balanced on my Vision overlanding wheels. I kept losing the stick on weights used @ my tire shop, and although i have lifetime balancing from the shop, i was sick of going back to have them rebalanced. I recently added 8oz of Dynabead commercial/offroad balancing beads to each tire, and removed all of the stick on weights. This will keep my tires balanced for the life of the tire, and prolong the life by ensuring even wear. Not sure why more people don't use them but so far they are awesome. Today I also replaced all of the lug nuts with the Extended Thread (ET) version. The extra threads will ensure my lugs stay @ the suggested torque of 83 ftlbs. It may be my OCD but inconsistent torque on the lugs can create a wobble, as can improper tire pressure.

I’ve had issues with the dynabeads. Their problem is that tires get moisture in them, and on the beads. In winter months the beads will freeze together and throw the balance way off. They are good for places like Florida, where it rarely freezes.

Well then, as a southern california resident I shouldn't have any issues.

I hate to break it to you, but that road force nonsense had nothing to do with you getting it worked out. It is little more than a gimmick, but it makes people feel better to see numbers rather than rely on a skilled tech and quality rubber, but glad they got it worked out.
