My 2007 tacoma is vibrating and making noise, I had it checked and the mechanic said it was my rear end. I have 112,000 miles on truck. How much will it cost me if they do the work or if I do it?

Judging by your post, I would guess you have very little experience working on cars. I would not suggest you try it yourself. I promise it will not be cheap though.

You should poke around the forum, see if you can hire a member to help you do it. Where are you located.

You're right I don't know that much about repair work. I live in Gpt. Ms., but I do have a friend who is a mechanic. For a total rebuild what am I looking at for parts?.

The "rear end" could mean a lot of things. You need someone to look it over and say what in the rear end has the problem.
