I'm looking at getting a @victory4x4 rack for my Tacoma cab and the bed topper. My question is has anyone added longer cross rails to the topper rack to allow for storing more kayaks? Right now I have 86" long Yakima bars on my topper to allow for the extra storage. Is there a way to extent 2 of the cross bars on the Victory rack? Picture attached showing my longer Yakima bar setup

You would have to add your bars on top of the rack. The cross bars on all these racks but up against the side panels. Why not just get some of those kayak vertical holders to carry the kayaks more vertical and attach those to the rack.

I have the vertical stackers and use them currently. I sometime carry up to 6 boats on top when shuttling on the river. I'm a whitewater kayaker so the boats are not very big

I need to find a way to add my bars on top of this style rack
