I tried replacing the evap vsv but still having startup issues. Still no CELs... Could it be the Maf?

Took my truck into a local mechanic who works on a lot of toyotas. He cleaned out my MAF and throttle body, and replaced my IAC with a used oem one. The one on my truck was some cheap after market one that was all gunked up. It starts up and idles perfect now! unfortunately still getting that brutal ticking noise from the evap system. Going to attempt to install the newer "square" style canister with the resonator on it and see how that goes.
