Waiting for carrier bearing drop

I'm sorry and I hear ya' loud and clear. The lead times have been horrible lately, and communication isn't what it normally is. I'm trying to get onto these forums more now, and my wife is helping me monitor my email inbox. Things have been pretty backed up here lately, and if it has been as long as you say, it's out of here any day now if it hasn't already gone. If things would pick up it would help me get items I'm committed to out faster too.

Here's another reason why lead times have gone above 4 weeks on small items...rock sliders have a higher lead time, which means they tend to get pushed back, so I recently had to spend about 3 weeks doing nothing but overdue sliders, while slipping some small parts in too. I love when I can have weeks of nothing but small items, I can get things out fast, especially these brackets since I can do about 5 in a day, but it was necessary for me to get some overdue rock sliders out of here, as the cost of holding up these brackets and other things.

 

Today it has been 10 weeks you've had my money. I still have not received the product I paid for. I still have not received a response to the Email I sent you 4 weeks ago asking about the status of the order. You've done nothing to make this right. I want my money back.

It's almost the deadline for filing a dispute with my credit card for this purchase. I'm not going to wait any longer. I'm letting them handle this.

I'm trying to find you on my build sheet but all I have to go off of is you're located in WA according to your TW profile. There is no name listed on your TW profile. I'm only seeing Florida, Canada and Oregon, nothing for Washington. I'd like to get this figured out.

I can have this on your doorstep tomorrow but I need to know who you are, I'm not seeing a WA address on the area of my sheet that you say is when you ordered.

I'm now in the same boat...should have did my homework first. Order placed on 06 Jan 2017...still driving around with a stack of washers.
