I haven't been able to find to much info on these tries. From what I can gather they are the old Discoverer AT3. They had a good reputation and sounds like are still made to standers. I however have read that Walmart is the one that handles all warranties and Cooper is not involved? But also saw that wasn't true? Walmart doesn't have the full specs on them either so I'm lost on tread depth and weight. I'm considering them in the LT265/75/16. Any one put these on their truck?

I also wonder how these compare to the AT3's. They are like $200 cheaper for the set.

How do these compare to Falken Wildpeaks? Given they are the same price. I'm looking for new tires soon.

Cooper makes a couple of different versions of the AT3 for different distributors. IIRC, Wal Mart & Discount Tire get Discoverer AT, Pep Boys and others have Adventurer AT. I feel like there's a third name I'm forgetting. There was a thread here a couple of years ago explaining the breakdown.

I used the cooper ATs on my work truck for several years. They are great until they are about half dead tread-wise, then you better hope it doesn't rain or snow.

Going back thru some older photos of my truck, I realized the PO put on Cooper Adventurer A/Ts. And they were cupped pretty bad. Now I don't know how often he rotated the tires but he serviced the truck every 5k at the local Toyota dealer. I bought the truck with about 75k miles. I then put on KO2s because that's what I thought THE tire was. Not realizing they were E load ranges with stiff sidewalls. Now that I have 886 coils up front, the combination of 886s and KO2s, it's a little bit of a rough ride. Not back breaking by any means but for a truck that spends 99.9% of it's time on pavement commuting to work, I want a softer ride now.
Given this, I think I'm going to stick with the Falkens as replacements.
