    which are the best buy, i want to still have highbeams and i also want to do my fog lights what is the best to get?

    Search "slimcubby" he does group buys around here now and again for HIDs.

    H4 Bi-Xeon bulbs, Pick your temperature for headlights and H10, pick your termperature for fogs iirc.

    DDM tuning also has great prices- but it's about 50-50 for getting lights that have no problems and then a random chance on customer service from what I have heard.
