    ok i didnt view those as true "baja wheels" there a modified street tire that has acceptable but lacking off road capability

    the wheels are "baja" wheels, per toyota. it's just what they're named by toyota. the ragged trail tires have nothing to do with the wheels themselves, except that they happened to have been mounted on them from the factory.
