I had a sidekick with 3 inch suspension and a 4 inch body lift it definitely made it handle weird but it looked awesome

Doesn't Rough Country offer a warranty and also a drivetrain warranty I'm sure if it does major damage to my truck I could probably sue them correct?

Probably not since you aren't forced to use their lift kit. It's also a liability thing where you put it on your truck because you wanted to so it's your problem if it breaks

they most likely have a warranty on parts. not sure if they will be responsible if there is damage to your truck over time though man

I agree. I plan to go 6” BDS Coil-Over. Check it out before you purchase anything. BDS has a great rep for their 6” Lift. Also, I believe with the BDS 6” Lift you need 18” rims. 17” will not work. This would be my suggestion.

If this is even something that crosses your mind when shopping for lift kits, you’re either looking at the wrong kits or you’re better off staying stock.

Does anyone have the 6 inch rc lift on here? Im more worried about the 33inch tires but if the rc kit is complete garbage then I guess I won't be able to get a lift :annoyed::annoyed:

Would it be better than the 3 inch lift? Wouldn' the cvs be close to maxed out? That' another reason I would rather go with the 6 inch

If you are going to run 33's, then you should really be looking at a 4" lift. I don't know much about Rough Country, but I've heard a lot of great stuff about BDS, their ride quality, and they have a really great warranty. I plan on going with BDS when I lift like I stated. I don’t think there is anything else out their with a better warranty than BDS with no questions asked. I’m currently with a 4” Lift and 33”. I love everything about my stance and appearance. However, I’m going to be running 35” with my 6” when I convert.

I could order the kit and if it looks cheap and flimsy I can just send it back right if I'm not happy?

Well I have a 3” Tuff Country that is converted to a 4”. I would have had to cut and I didn’t want to at that point. So I have 4” Lift with 33” and nothing cut with no rubbing.

Google "rough country vs bds" and make your own conclusion. Theres usually a reason why one product costs 50% more than the other.
