WARNING!! DO NOT BUY ICON EXTENDED TRAVEL COILOVERS FOR YOUR 2016 TACOMA!!

Been reading through all of this because someday I will upgrade to real front coilovers & im set on mid travel (likely ads or King without adjusters). Check this out, 5100 set to lowest no-lift setting, ome 885 coil, TC UCA and no swaybar and my UCA hits the coil spring. I thought this was interesting and worth sharing even though I don’t have ICONS it’s still relevant I think. This was at full droop. I’ve never heard or felt jarring, metal on metal bad sounds when wheeling and I wheel a ton (I don’t do high speed wheeling though).

 

I no longer have that combo, I have ext adjustable kings now. One thing I can say is on the road they almost feel identical, but high speed off roading the diffference is night and day.
So in other words the 5100 OME combo with TC UCAS is a good budget setup.
