Hi guys, I just recently picked up my 2023 TRD sport at Servco Toyota. During the document signing, they really pushed for me to get the 10 year extended warranty. I normally would consider it right off the bat, but I told them I planned to mod my truck. They told me they have been more "lenient" with honoring the warranty even with aftermarket wheels/tires. Just curious, anyone ever had problems claiming warranty work with aftermarket lift/wheels at any of the Servco Toyotas? Aloha!

I've had zero trouble even with the tss issues I've had early in. It's crazy how much crap they try to sell u at the close From the full warranty to paint seal to door dings, stain coverage etc.
How much r they getting now, think my 2020 was like $2500? With all the electronics it is worth considering but I passed on all.

If you plan to modify your truck, especially more than wheels and tires, you probably want everything in writing of what the extended warranty covers or not.
Be advised, Servco will charge you extra for any maintenance because your truck is modified.

This. Unless it's in writing and clearly spelled out, it's meaningless.

If the written documentation is unclear about whether or what degree of modifications are allowed without affecting warranty, you are at risk of having that ambiguity used against you when you need warranty service.
