I looked at your product on your site and I just have to mention your section on the rear rack sucks image wise. I would have liked to see a more detailed set of pictures of how this system is mounted up. Just mentioning it here because it's something you should be aware of. Heck, use a new 2016 in your new images because it will give us all a good scale on how it looks.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We will add some additional images to that page on the Warrior website.

Got my bed rack in yesterday! Now I'm just waiting on my Tepui RTT.

Decided not to install the included tie bar. I talked to the support person at Warrior (she was awesome BTW) and concluded that since I won't be doing hardcore offroading that I won't need it. Any opinion on this?

Thank you for supporting the brand! We agree, she's pretty awesome. The included Tie Bar reinforces and stiffens the truck bed while providing additional support for the bed rack mounts. The tie bar is not required for installation, and really not necessary unless you are off-roading with the rack loaded or doing some of the tougher trails. Unless there is a space constraint though, I would recommend installing it. It will improve the load capacity and just prevent any future issues if you do decide to go wheel some of the tougher stuff or wheel with gear on the rack. Plus, it may assist with preventing the bed from flexing.

Sweet thanks @WarriorProducts. I'll play with it. The idea was to slide rubbermaid tubs of gear underneath the rack. Looks like it will be a close fit.

I'll post some pics here once I get the RTT installed.

Looks awesome! I'm hoping to get the same bed rack. Can a Thule rocket box be mounted directly to the rack or will I need to include the crossbars?

I don't see why not. From the examples that I saw on Thule's website, it appears that they mount using U-bolts which will not be a problem at all. If you would like to send me a direct link to the product, I will be able to confirm.

Thanks for the quick response. It's my buddy's box for his skis, I just throw my snowboard (in bag) in the bed. The box is pretty long, but I would want to mount it facing backwards and it will hang over the tailgate by a foot or so. I'll get a closer look and see if the clamps are recessed which may change the answer.
