I'll keep my Tacoma, still a better looking truck.

 

I'd rather have a V6 than proprietary I5 engine. Don't need a V8, this is a MID-SIZE truck, not full-size. The Canyon may have a better tech package than the Tacoma but I don't care that they claim similar durability and reliability, I trust my Tacoma more than any other mid-size domestic truck. Full-size may have a different story but when it comes to mid-size Tacoma has and continues to win awards in multiple categories.

Since I've ranted enough times, I'll just quote myself from other threads:

 

If anyone wants a Canyon then get it. If you want true reliability get the Tacoma. For me my 2004 GMC Z71 is the last GM vehicle I'll ever own. There is a reason for the 5yr 100,000 mile warranty, you'll need it.
