I'd rather have a V6 than proprietary I5 engine. Don't need a V8, this is a MID-SIZE truck, not full-size. The Canyon may have a better tech package than the Tacoma but I don't care that they claim similar durability and reliability, I trust my Tacoma more than any other mid-size domestic truck. Full-size may have a different story but when it comes to mid-size Tacoma has and continues to win awards in multiple categories.

Stick that in your pipe and smoke it GMC

Hahaha, Canyon has "sleek exterior styling".

Also like how GMC tries to put themselves on the same level of reliability with... onboard diagnostics and a longer warranty.

Lol. The canyon looks like a pansy truck. The Tacoma could eat that thing no problem. And on star? It's called a cell phone.

If anyone wants a Canyon then get it. If you want true reliability get the Tacoma. For me my 2004 GMC Z71 is the last GM vehicle I'll ever own. There is a reason for the 5yr 100,000 mile warranty, you'll need it.

Agree with everything above. The video was made by gmc and ive never heard a manufacturer tell you how much their product sucks.

Just another vid they prob use to brainwash potential buyers

I think Toyota should fight back. If they made a video like this, it would be obvious Tacoma is better.

the canyon doesn't have a standard pussy magnet, like the tacoma, though.
