    Hey guy's, need some advise.

This past weekend I went on a trip with some jeep buddies and had to do a deep water crossing. I was not able to turn back because we were way too far into the trail. I'm sure my starter got some water in it. This morning when I went to start up to go work it took a little longer to start and when I went to leave work I had to push the start button a few times to get her to start.

Will the starter dry out and be ok or do you all think I'll need to get it replaced?

Thanks for any advise, I don't know much about starters on trucks.

    I have a 2016 OR.

The first time it was just slow to start. The second time when I was leaving work it did a short click and would not start. I then tried to start again and it did not click or start. I tried again and it started right up. When I got home I shut her down and waited a few then tried to start it back up, it then clicked and did not start. I tried it again and it started right up.

I'd remove it, clean it out for sure. If it hicups again, I'd replace it.
