I bought mine a while back only thing I really had to do is grind out a few holes so they would line up better. I've since gotten it powder-coated and applied the anti-slip tape to it. Works great loading up the quad.

 

Trying to read on my phone and maybe I missed so I apoligize if it has already been asked.

Can this be powder coated black to match the bed color?

And how much?

Hole locations were lightly modified about a year or so ago. Have installed a couple since then and they always fit nicely

Bed is pretty tough, but the tailgate is certainly weak! I've had 1200lbs in my bed.

I ordered a smooth aluminum one last November...but haven't been able to install it yet. Now I know it was for a reason! I'll jump on the diamond plate aluminum + black powder coat too.
