Installed the Weathertech Mudflaps on my 2016 DCSB TRD Off Road 4x4. I like the look and build quality a lot. I don't off road much, but when I do, I will be removing these Mudflaps prior to hitting trails, as these WILL catch rocks and ruts and possibly damage the wheel well. Anyways, here are some pictures.image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpg

We sampled the tool Saturday. Just need to test fit and approve them. Then it'll be a day or two to get on the website. Hoping to have these for sale on the website Wednesday, 1/27. I'll know more later today.

Are the hard plastic or flexible?

Rokblox sent me the wrong flaps for a 2016 tacoma TRD OR...and after trying to deal with them, I chucked them. Crap and hard plastic. "Oh, cut down if you need to".

Stock are hard plastic which seemed cheap and wasn't interested.

I'm looking for hard but flexible rubber...

Your dealer can order the flares. There is a thread here somewhere with part numbers. If you have a "no flare" truck, you'll probably have to drill the fenders to install them.

Those fit so nicely. Has anyone put a 4x4 sticker on weathertechs yet?

Is there an option for mud "flaps" instead of guards? I'd prefer something less rigid that will flex incase I am not able to remove them prior to going offroad.

The stock mudflaps are way to stiff and rip off on snowbanks and off road.
why have they not or has some one not made a practical mud flap?

Put WT mud guards on my Limited and they look, and work great! Waited for "stealership" to get me OEM's but after 3 months just gave up. Would not recommend using them on trucks doing serious off-roading because they are quite stiff and would probably rip off if they snag on a rock as the wheel drops off the rock. Flat flaps like the OEM's on the 2nd. generation would work much better.
