Hey guys, I have a 2014 Double Cab long before with total chaos uppers and fox 2.5s all around.

trying to figure out what this damn sound is. I’ve taken it to 2 mechanics and no one can sort it. Does anyone have any ideas? It’s an odd almost metal on metal sound and my steering wheel has been rattling as well. If I drive straight and jerk the wheel left and right I’ll hear the nose as I turn to the left side on my left driver side. Here’s a couple videos, first is of the steering wheel rattle and the second is the popping sound.

Was your sway bar relocated with the lift install; the mounting point on the frame relocated forward and away from the strut about 1/2”?

Isn't there an issue with steering shaft linkage getting wonky and causing issues?
