Weird noise found!

2 posts ago I posted about a weird noise coming from the truck. From inspection, asking a mechanic, and the old owner, it's the exhaust.

The exhaust is cut significantly (See here https://imgur.com/a/9p2AJli) and therefore it's missing some brackets.

How hard would it be to put in some new brackets if possible at all? The noise is driving me crazy

Just install a DIY or brand new hangar on the frame rail to hold the end of the exhaust?

 

What kind of noise? Shouldn’t be an issue because the 2 factory hanger for the muffler is present, or at least 1 is. Is it hitting or rubbing?

I would just post the videos again but I'm having some issues
