Weird noise. Please help!

    Hello all,

    My 2016 Tacoma trd dcsb has had a ringing, rattling noise. It's kind of metallic sounding, almost electronic. It happens only at 60 and 75mph. The RPM doesn't seem to have anything to do with it. It seems to be coming from the left of the steering wheel in the dash somewhere. It's been driving me MAD. I've taken it to two separate dealers and neither could diagnose it. This is a short video of it. You might have to turn the volume up to hear it.
