Weird noise

    My 3.4 L 95 Taco is making a noise that sounds like a diesel or nuts grinding. I waited to go down to normal idle and it is still doing the same. I sprayed some WD in the fan bearing and the alternator pulley and it did not go away.
    I have 107,000+ miles on it. Is this the sound it makes when the timing belt is going out?
