Weird random pain... WTF is wrong?

Anyone ever get just the most random pains?

Im sitting here and I start getting this throbbing, shooting pain in my left forearm, backside by the elbow... its lasts for like 5 seconds and its gone.

Then i'll get something like down in the pinky toe and its treacherous pain... anndddd then it's gone.

Or the one right in the taint.... makes you jump out of your seat and double over...

Like WTF....

 

Guessing here but are you around 40?

I know that apparently random chest pains can be organs sticking to your bones or eachother.

 

What in the hell?

I get one that I call the "little brain pain" and it's just this sharp pain in some random place in my head... then it disappears. So random.

 

Lol! I wonder if this is similar to what the guys in my band would refer to as the "stabbing ass pain?"
It would be almost overwhelming for a second and then gone. That one went away when I stopped drinking like it was a competition.

I've read a little about it and there is not a real diagnosis for why it happens...

But it fucking hurts like a sum bich.... I had it happen when I was in an office meeting and I got some looks like "Did he just shit himself?"

Well to be fair, my Bockstreet Boys is an eight percenter ABV.

 

The past few days my middle and ring finger knuckles on my left hand have just been achy. Had some sharp pains a few weeks ago that lasted 3 days had me thinking I was going to pass a kidney stone then they just vanished one day!

 

Same. Electrician. I'm sure I'll have plastic ones by the time I retire.

Once in awhile I can drink like a Rockstar, but usually I drink for and hour or 2 and start looking for somewhere to lie down.
