Had a minor back spasm today, so that was fun...

Went to the gym to sit in the jacuzzi for a few min....

There I was... me and a couple of ladies in the hot water.

Both of them were 75 or 80.... But hey....

While we are at it, what's with the overwhelming need to piss exactly one hour before the alarm clock goes off? I guess I need to just start my days at 4 AM now. :annoyed:

I’ll be only 30 tomorrow, but likely due to open burn pit exposure in ‘10-11 (Thanks Army) I live with constant nerve pain. Fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. Some days I can’t get out of bed. Any type of prolonged physical activity results in me paying for it the next few days.

Certain foods and drinking can increase inflammation which leads to worse nerve pain. Also, too much caffeine can cause chest pains.

It also doesn’t help that I compressed two vertebrae in my back, and have improperly healed bones from when I was 15 and broke my colar bone and ribs. Hoping to get my day to day feeling better. I feel your pain!

I hear ya... the Navy screwed up my back and I am paying for it to this day... Although they claim it was not their fault when I went to apply for some disability after having to spend thousands on chiro and PT....

    Thanks US Government!

For anyone with back pain, you need one of these.(Teeter back stretcher) It works miracles on bad backs. Only takes about 10-15 minutes of stretch time when your back is aching. No drugs needed.

(Un?) fortunately, I have a good VA here and have been able to get the fibro linked to service. Plus I had a few other broken bones while in so I am disabled enough for full medical from the VA. They’re still a pain sometimes.

I've got one if anyone wants it. Bought it in 2009 and the wife used it 3 times. I used it once, and the kids messed with it a few times. Otherwise, it's like new. Just gotta find a box to ship it in.

I don't know. I've been pissing 3 times/night since I was about 13. Doesn't help to have been gifted with a thirst for beer and a bladder the size of a peanut.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
I am going to start fighting this process soon. 18 months until I can retire, likely going to add a year onto it though. 2 major surgeries, more PT than I care to admit, more issues than I want to think of. I am hoping for at least 80% so I can take it semi-easy on the outside.

If you’re retiring it is a bit easier. Make sure you get everything submitted before you are out and ask for extra copies of you records. Also double and triple check that they are all correct. My DD214 is still waiting on corrections.

Work out hard, but only one day every two weeks. That way you're sore as hell all over nearly all the time and cant tell where new pains are coming from.
