I had to wear a monitor for 24 hours to qualify for a paid drug study (younger, poorer days when I was a whore), and was disqualified for having 3 PVC's in a 24-hour period. Freaked me out, so I asked my doctor. He laughed and said, "Only 3?" Apparently they are normal to have, just not sure how many are normal to have.

Yeah, I tried cherry juice (and dried tart cherries from costco, and powder cherry pills) for a bit along with other dietary recommendations.
Can't really say if it was helpful or not. It's been a few years since the last episode.

    Gout kinda sucks.

Ahhh....you're using the cherries in the wrong form.

Only beneficial when cherries are in pie form.

Only cut the pie into 6 pieces, I have found 8 pieces are too much.

Here’s another couple that showed up after fifty: crepe paper skin and weird spots on the back of my hands and arms. WTF? I didn’t ask for that. Doesn’t seem an improvement to already questionable looks.

You can help the creepy skin with consuming more water.

That is a sign of dehydration.

    The spots.....long sleeves and gloves.....

Same same... I was at the VA and they hooked me up to the monitor while they made me run on a freaking treadmill.... Mind you, I hate running and was a smoker at the time.... I think I had 4 or 5 PVC's while on the treadmill and I thought to myself "Oh man, they are gonna freak out and I am going right into surgery..."
They were like "Yeah, but no big deal. Happens to a lot of people."
When they happen, the big ones, I get dizzy and light headed and it makes me cough... anyway... life I guess.

I had a technician with it and I know he was drinking the stuff. We have a cherry tree at the house, I used to tell him to come harvest those anytime. He never did but I figured that was better than any store bought GMO crap he was getting.

All the organs of the body were having a meeting, trying to decide who was the one in charge......
"I should be in charge," said the brain , "Because I run all the body's systems, so without me nothing would happen."

"I should be in charge," said the blood , "Because I circulate oxygen all over so without me you'd waste away."

"I should be in charge," said the stomach," Because I process food and give all of you energy."

"I should be in charge," said the legs, "because I carry the body wherever it needs to go."

"I should be in charge," said the eyes, "Because I allow the body to see where it goes."

"I should be in charge," said the rectum, "Because Im responsible for waste removal."

All the other body parts laughed at the rectum And insulted him, so in a huff, he shut down tight. Within a few days, the brain had a terrible headache, the stomach was bloated, the legs got wobbly, the eyes got watery, and the blood Was toxic. They all decided that the rectum should be the boss

The Moral of the story? Even though the others do all the work.... The ass hole is usually in charge

Just passed a kidney stone. My buddy passed one and was shot serving our country. I told him I felt like I got shot and he said he would rather be shot than pass another stone.
