My office is in hayward right where redwood road/a st. fell into the creek. Roads closed. City put up closed signs there but nowhere else to warn drivers. Starting about 3pm it's horn wars and pissed off drivers as people can't figure out how to cut through hayward to get from 880 to 580. I think the proper term is "shitshow."

 

Ugh. Driving down there tomorrow morning. My company is doing the redesign at Kmart on Mission... thanks for the heads up, I'll make sure to GTFO nice and early!

That K-Mart in college fed me heaps of tools on clearance. It needs a monument. And a Chick-Fil-A. And an In n Out.

 

You're close! In n Out, Raising Canes and Sprouts is what I was told, and a bunch of little suites to be who knows what.

 

That is NOT the neighborhood for Sprouts. Folks in the Hayward Hills will go to Dublin or San Ramon before they go to that intersection.

In n Out will rock there, that campus used to be dead at night, at least they'll have that.

 

This is during the deluge. The thing that gets me is that they have 2 lanes. Make the road go both directions. Why the f@ck would you have it only 1 way? And the creek is never ever ever like this.

 

Do you really want the people of Hayward to cross a double yellow?

Did they clean out the druggie camp next to 580 or did that crap all get washed down stream?

That Chinese restaurant sucks, but the Mexican market right there has good pastor and carnitas.
