Foglights are for fog, not oncoming traffic!
Drove home last night in an 2006 Tacoma dbl cab 4wd 6sp.
I can bore you with details but it has 2 sets of tires, new Leer color-match canopy and is very clean.
    63k mi.
    Questions.
Anybody have a sticky on the transfer case and diff service?
Also, I need to replace a light bulb in the hvac cluster that shows direction of airflow....any instructions?
    Thanks and I already searched.
    Any other tips?

Try tapping the climate controls. Mine used to shut off occasional. I just smacked he dash and it came back on. That went on for my maybe a month every couple of days..... But I haven't had to do it for several months now so.....

Otherwise grab a butter knife or something thin to pry in between the climate control and plastic trim around it. It'll pop right out with 2 or 4 (can't remember) plastic clips holding it in place. Next problem is finding a replacement bulb! I saw someone post a part number or name once, but can't remember when or where.

Go here to get yourself an entire service manual for free. Download the downloadable version. It'll fit on a thumbdrive and now you have the entire service manual in your pocket that'll run on any computer. Just a tip if you already did not know it was there and free. Congrats on the truck too, they're awesome.:)
