I thought it was this. I actually saw a video about it. I’ll have to pull it back up and scope it out again.

If you decide its not the springs (mine squeak since I added an AAL too), check all hangars, mounts and bushings of every type, from the springs to the exhaust, the engine and tranny, the body and bed, and even the spare tire.

Originally I was convinced the squeak was coming from the front left of the truck. Shop told me otherwise, and said it was my leafs in the rear.

At this point. I’m open to all information and recommendations

You know what? Every Toyota I’ve owned either squeaked or crunched. It’s really not all that bad anyways, gives it character.

Oh, and as I found out with my 2017, it’s just bad when in the RTT late at night :D

It's likely a super easy fix, just a pain to hunt down, I spent 2 weeks trying to find mine.

    Hey OP,
I had a very similar situation not long ago. I took it to Toyota and I spent 4 different days there and to no avail. I strongly suggest checking your spare tire carrier which was finally found to be the culprit in my case. The bolts has somehow come loose and the carrier rocked when going over bumps and turning. Otherwise, I'm with everyone else. It's the leaf springs

I mean, just short of dismantling the entire truck.... it is virtually impossible to chase them all down.

The mechanic took his time to narrow down your squeak. Using wd40 is common practice in my shop. Squeak goes away, but may come back quickly. Wd40 doesn't stay put.

Metal to metal squeaks - spray lube whenever needed.

I do like the bicycle tube trick mentioned earlier. I had a fleet customer wrap up a section of leaf on a van with duct tap because it was driving him nuts lol

spray lube will help you to identify the culprit of the squeek... it will not fix the problem (most wash away with rain, or next puddle you go through)... you can put grease on the pads, and that may last a week o two.. but the permanent solution is to add a rubber buffer between the leafs (like mentioned before... bicycle tire inner tube between leaves), and get greasable shackle bolts/bushings... my stock 2016OR squeeks a LOT even just getting out of the truck I can hear the rear leafs squeeking..
