who all is running the Westin HDX drop step running boards here? looking for input both good and bad. Living on Guam unfortunately Amazon, eBay, etc won't ship here and one shop here has the Westin HDX drop step in stock and leaning that direction.. also any pics would be helpful!

Have them on mine. I like them. Don't do any off-roading so can't say how they would hold up on a trail. Small stones can get stuck in the tread step. They can be removed to clean underneathIMG_20170403_072041587.jpg

I have them on mine and love them =D i wanted the OEM drop style steps from Toyota but they didnt have them here in Canada at the time... went with these instead and happy I did. Love the look and sturdiness. My only complaint is that the bolts on the step themselves tend to rust really easily.

My set came with a replacement bolt kit for the step plates w/instructions to replace the original bolts with them. I didn't do it right away and the original bolts did rust. So far the replacements have not.

I ended up ordering those same boards for my Limited. Haven't received them yet but I'll post pictures when installed. Great looking truck!

@bakersTRD i'm also interested in the same steps you have, do you have a picture of the side of your truck from like 20 feet away? Something like this

im debating between the HDX or along the lines of the predator steps.. no one seems to ship steps to Guam and the local shops all want $200 above retail for the HDX.. may suck it up and just go to Toyota and buy some predators if they have any in stock

Maybe you can find some used somewhere , some companies in the US might ship to Guam is that the reason for the price increase maybe

I like the looks of these quite a bit...Do they extend far enough out to prevent door dings?

I got em. Love em. Like the looks better than the predator steps and they actually drop down enough to be useful for my kids and dogs.

Saw another thread on here and the guy bought them from AutoAnything. Chatted online with sales guy and got the guy to bring down the price by $80 to $319 so I got them and they are on their way. Can't wait to get them installed on my new truck as getting in and out I can see will ruin my seats pretty quick. Will post pic once I have them on.
