I want to put a set of Tesla rims I have on my Tacoma. What’s the best way ? Blank rotors , have them drilled to Tesla pattern ? Or pre drilled Tesla rotors installed on Tacoma? Adapters?

Bolting to the rotor seems reasonable.

A set of adapters would probably be your safest and "easy" method. You'll have to find a company that can make a custom set that goes from 5x114.3 to whatever Tesla is. Good luck!

Too many trucks and mods to list.. check builds
If your trucks a 5 lug, the Tesla bolt pattern Should bolt right up.. no clue if backspacing or anything else will work out though

According to my close friend (google-fu) the Tesla uses 5x120. Kinda weird

Hmm. I could of sworn they’re 5x114.3 too.. my buddies has aftermarket wheels that are. But maybe he is running spacers

Easiest would be to contact one of the OEM reproduction wheel manufacturers and see if they could produce a Tesla style wheel in the fitment you want.

Typical of Tesla, some models are 5x114.3 and some are 5x120.

What’s inviting you to want Tesla wheels over something else? Seems like a strange combination to me.

Which Tesla wheels? Let’s see a picture!

The Model 3 uses 5x4.5, should bolt right up if you have a 5 lug. You’ll need a 2 mm spacer ring for the center bore though, the Tacoma is 60.1 mm and the Tesla’s are 64.1 mm.

Adapters seem like your best cost/simplicity ratio if you’re a 6 lug.

I like this website a lot, and www.tiresize.com too. I scroll around on them a lot
