Finished my loft. Hung my blinds. Really between the ramp in the front and this, this is all the wood work I’ve ever done.

Picked up an old neglected (but complete and with clean title) ‘72 CB350 to restore.
Which probably nobody’s going to buy when I’m done because the only currency left will be bullets and TP

Tore down the back of a very shallow linen closet that had a lot of sealed off space behind it....only to find a flue pipe for the furnace and water heater.

Which hastened my planned eventual replacement of said furnace with a high efficiency model that doesn't need a flue pipe....and then move the water heater to a different location where I could vent it easily. This meant moving it 25 feet further away, causing a significant increase in the already long delay of hot water reaching our bathrooms. Which, of course, necessitated a hot water recirculation pump for convenience.

So to recap, in order to add about 2 feet of depth to the linen closet, which should have been about $30 in materials and my own labor, it is now:

    New furnace $1200
    Piping/Air filter Rack/Etc $100
    Move existing water heater $50
    Hot Water Recric pump $200

    $1550!

But as a bonus, I can now turn the water heater space into another closet, which is great because it is right off the kitchen, and there is generally little storage in that area. Other than that, I'm still working 80% of my hours.

Gutted the interior of my 996 Turbo for a deep clean, along with swapping the beige carpet out for black.

I'm also upgrading the really old and poorly installed stereo system.

Depending on how long this lasts, I might give the Tacoma an undercarriage detail too.

So far I have detailed all 3 of my cars. Been working in the yard and painting. Still got more projects in and outside. Im laid off but on call. Getting paid to stay home and only worked 3 hours last week. Also tore down the lawn tractor and replaced the belts. We lost 4 people in my area the last couple days.

I’m still working in healthcare, but hospital is very slow bout 70 confirmed cases in county. Hours are cut because everything is telehealth right now and I’m in supply chain. Wifey is school teacher so she is done. We are packing house up to sell soon. Moving to Arizona soon.

Tore down the old shed to make way for a new one. It was rotting from the bottom up.
Spent four and a half hours at the fire pit Thursday night. No need to go to the dump!
