Well today has been pretty sh***y so far, i just wanted to vent so dont hate to hard. First of all i went to the toyota place and got a price on a first service for my truck and it was ridiculous! $440 dollars! Thats retarded... I also got em to give me a price on just changing the diff. oil and they wanted $220. Are they serious or is that a joke? Then after i got back to work from my lunch break i got fired! Looks like the bad economy finally caught up with me. They had make cuts and i was on the cut list... Well at least now im back home with my wife so maybe things will start getting a little better. Rant off....

Damn, dude. That sucks. You can change your own diff. fluid for like $30. What was the other service?

It was whole list of things, they wanted $125 for the diff fluid and $32 for the in cabin filter. those were the two most ridiculous things i saw. Yeah i got a 4x4 so it would cost me about $60 to do it myself, which is what i will do. I already found cabin filters online for around $15 dollars so that shouldnt be a prob. either.

At least you are not the only one with that shitty disposition. I had the same thing happen to me last year. It was a pretty sobering experience as this was my first job that I had ever been let go from. Things will get better, just hang in there and keep your head up.
