    Yea OEM gives me warning on those low ceilings in underground parking garages. Specially when I got stuff on roof rack (2 weeks till I'll get my Leer hard cap with roof rack)

    well i got a lifted truck so i cut mine so that its right at the top of my roof lvl so if i go into a parking garage and that wood plank that says 7ft hits my antenna..... im not going

    Map/Dome Light on same time, Beep onLock, Anytime DTRL's, Fog Light on any time, Cockpit lights in footwells, night light in cup holder and rear of console, Radio ON w/ ignition off (off with timer), 3157 socket for rear turn signals (BRIGHTER), Reverse Light Mod, Tap light in console and engine bay, removed screen prior to MAP sensor, Blacked out lower valance, badges, center caps and door handles, Added door sill plates, JVC-KDHDR50 Head unit (HD Baby), Tinted exterior lights, Borla Exhaust.
    I've got the same one, happy with it... :cool:

    I replaced my stock antenna after it bent . replaced it with a short rubber stubby one. It sucks. Very weak signal.

    I would have liked to have gone with a shorter antenna, but I use mine for double duty. Have a splitter on it so my radio antenna also serves for reception with my scanner. Picks up all the police and railroad frequencies just great.

    Also live in a rural area so (one stoplight!) compromised radio reception is a no go even with satellite radio. Not to mention I already have a 3' fire stick antenna for CB.

    I used the cravenspeed one on a now sold 2004 Titan and it really sucked! How does this work on the taco?

    I bought 2 different versions of the s2000 antenna drom the dealer also tried some acura and scion ones and THEY DO NOT FIT. the screw shaft is too short... lol

    Does this work pretty well?

    How does the ball come off of the factory antenna? I wouldn't mind taking the ball off and hacking the factory antenna 14" and reinstalling the ball on top.
