What are these two capped tubes or pipes?

    Was checking under the hood on my 04 dbl cab trd that I got a few months ago and noticed that there are two capped tubes or pipes on the drivers side of the engine bay just on the other side of the wheel bay. Anyone know what these might go to or why their capped?
