I have been throwing around this idea also, I really wish I focused more on math in school so I could have become an architect or designer.

Right now I'm tossing around the idea of going back to school and getting my ticket for small engine repair so I can work on bikes, quads and sleds.

I spent most of the 80's working on yatchs aound the Gulf Coast, It was a great job taking care of the rich. Like adding another 2 tons of A/C to the state room because it did not get cold enought to sleep under a new comforter she bought. It already had 5 tons of A/C units but after with 3 units it would get down 45 degrees. Boats are one of the few places that Diesels don't leak and everything was white in the engine room.

I just finished Law School last year and opened my own practice up. If I had to do it all again I would go straight to National Guard then majored in Police Administration and been a cop somewhere or State Trooper. Guarantee pay and retirement. But If I had done that route I would probably be saying I should've went to law school.

School Teacher, having three months off every year sounds like a good gig.

If you were a teacher, you would probably be in the umemployment line. my wife is an out of work Teacher, cant find a job. and its spreading. yes you get weekends off, but you still work, and your work comes home with you every night. not what you would expect. plus the pay sucks!

If it weren't for my horrible seasonal allergies I would have gone into biology and/or forestry and hoped to land a job with the park service. Preferably end up working in Yellowstone or Grand Teton National Park. I feel like an unofficial ranger every time I'm there anyways...tourists see a 'local' down there and expect you to be able to answer their questions which, for the most part, I can.

Instead I am a drafter working up plans for houses, schools, hospitals, etc. Great job and I only live 90 minutes away from Yellowstone. Next best thing I suppose!

I know, both my son and his wife are teachers. That three months off just sounds so inviting.

Would go to school for wildlife management and become a game warden

I'd also would have taken golf more serious so I could have attempted to go pro in that.
