I bought my wifes car at Erlich Toyota in Greeley. Was happy at the time but since then, they have screwed us over or tried to screw us over with different things. Their customer service has turned into a level below that of dog crap! Needless to say, we will never do business with them again nor recommend anyone do business with them. If any dealership has Erlich in the name, we will not go their or recommend anyone to go there.

Now I am originally from San Diego so I don't know what dealerships are good and are not good. Well I now know one that is not good but that has been covered already. As for everyone from Colorado on here, where do you guys go or recommend? I live in Sterling so no matter what, I am going to have to make a long drive so that is not a concern for me.
    Thanks all,
    Jay

i go with Stevenson Toyota west for everything. I think they are the best. Also if you ever need to talk to anyone there i would ask for Curtis Rogers. My family has been going threw him since the early 90's. Tell him i sent you.

On FridayI just picked up a Sweet 2009 Dble Cab TRD Sport in Meatllic Grey with 22K miles and full Certified Warranty from Stapp in Fredrich.
I live in Centennial and close to Stevinson East on South Havana in Aurora? We found a frayed drive belt on Memorial Dayand we knew that it had a blown tweeter in the driver door. We called Stevinson yesterday and he said bring it by. I showed up at 4:10 and met with Cahn. He grabbed a tech named Steve and went out to my truck. Popped the hood and the tech within seconds sees the frayed belt and says it needs replacement. Cahn runs the codes and finds an issue with the tranny hunting for gears between 2 and 3. They said it would be 2 hours. They had that truck back to me in 50 mins!!!!! The tech said that at 30 K to have the diff fluids cHanged and he recommends taking out the standard plugs for iradiums. Thy ordered a new tweeter that will be in this Friday and he will get the speaker replaced. The tech also noticed the front brake squealed a little whe he put in in and said he will put it on the rack when he does the speaker and see whats up. these guys didn't know me from Adam and basically gave me the VIP.
I realize I have warranty so that is a little easier for them and me
I have told this story to anyone that will listen.

For my money go see Cahn and tell them you want Steve as the tech and hell get the work and fix you up.

I also go with Stevenson West. Used to work there 7ish years ago. The staff isn't terribly customer service oriented but they do good work and get the job done. I actually pass by another Toyota dealership on my way there, but I've had some bad experiences with them.

I bought my truck from urlich in April. They were a pleasure to do business with then. So my question is was it the service dept you had trouble with?

My issue is with Mountain States Toyota. Not a fan of how they run that dealership. I think they still are trying to shake their rep from when it was Douglas Toyota years and years ago. I've always had issues with their sales department and because of that don't go there for service. My dad has an 08 sport and he always goes there for service and never has been there for sales. He also tells me that the have a massuse in one day a week too for free massages while you're getting your oil changed! Not too shabby, but I still can't bring myself to go there.

Has anybody had a good experience recently with a dealership on the front range? Im newer to CO and this is my first toyota AND I will be purchasing from Afghanistan. Looking for somebody that will not haggle with me on price. Im only willing to pay invoice plus tax and destination on a truck.

Stevinson Toyota West here too. Never had a problem and they've always been very good with customer service.

Bought my truck from Mountain States last year because no one else could touch the price. Sales guy was terrible, some Texan d-bag. I walked in knowing more about the truck than him and I'd never owned a Tacoma before. Stevinson West has my business now as far as service goes.

I bought mine from Larry Miller Toyota in Boulder. Other than getting a really good deal price-wise, I think pretty much EVERY department managed to fuck something up at some point..

My salesman wasn't too bad, but he'd never call me with updates as I was waiting for delivery. Their finance guy was a total tool (actually got mad when I wouldn't buy the extended warranty, but my wife DID laugh at him first), the truck wasn't prepped when I picked it up (no gas), AND they managed to fuck up the title work so I had to wait to get my regular plates.

At this point I'd never risk using their service dept.

ETA: It's good though to hear so many good things about Stevinson West though, I might have to try them for getting some TSB work done!

I brought my truck in and Cahn was my advisor... He was extremely rude and unwilling to work with me to the point I had to get the ship foreman involved. The problem was I went in for my seatbelt tsb and leaf tsb. Everything was fine until they realized that my towing airbag u bolts wouldn't be long enough to go over the new leafs. I told them I could get longer bolts or whatever was needed and Cahn said that wouldn't work since the parts would be aftermarket and they wouldn't be able to do the tsb unless I lost my towing bags.... Well obviously this wasn't acceptable, got the foreman involved and he got me squared away

I had a mostly good experience with Autonation Toyota in Centennial. I was able to negotiate the truck price down and the trade in value up pretty easily. It was all great until I got to financing. The guy literally didn't listen to a word I said and took weeks to process the paperwork.

As for servicing times, one was obnoxiously long, the other surprisingly fast. Got my third one coming up in October.

Momma Avsfreak18 bought a 4 runner this past spring (I think from Mountain States), when she went to Autonation to look and test drive she was disappointed.

So if you're down in Centennial. They're okay. Not great, not terrible.

I recently purchased my 2014 from Mountain States Toyota, after checking prices for a while. It's basically what the others have said on here about them: they have consistently competitive prices, but their salesmen (or at least the one i dealt with) aren't too helpful. I went in to look at my truck on my way home from work (oil field service shop basically) so i was just in jeans and a t shirt and I'm 25, so up until I told him what i was willing to put down on the truck, I don't think he took me seriously at all. Every question I asked was either answered with a "yes" or "no," followed by an awkward silence. Every truck i looked at from there though was right at or under KBB. Haven't had any service done there so i can't comment on that, but from a sales perspective, I wouldn't expect to learn much. I think i knew more about the truck than he did.

Dealer vs. auto body shop? I got my 02 DBl Cab broken into and now have to replace my instrument panel (dask board) along with other dash parts. Given the age, I was thinking about going with a dealership to replace; however, I have tried to make an appointment at Goove Toyota. I have left 4 messages for them to discuss this given that they probably don't have this part just sitting around. The service operator told me I should talk to an advisor because she did not know if they would do the work bc of the age of the truck. No calls back for almost a week! Should I keep going the dealership route or look at a different shop? If a different shop, what type of shop would be the best to replace the dash?
