    What haven’t I changed?
Our baby monitor kept falling because it wasn’t designed to attach to a lamp post so I designed and printed a new clamp for it.

Yessir. Have files, will travel. I'm just trying to get a head start on some machine time. I'm camping for the eclipse and will be out of pocket all next week.

    Ahh gotcha

Yeah my dad is visiting the kiddo (his first grandkid) but he's also wondering if he should stay a few more days or not with all the people heading out his way

He lives in Killeen, which puts them smack dab in the middle of the path it travels

I'm exactly the same fucking way

Only reason why I ripped that band-aid off for the nursery though is, when he grows up he might choose to stay in that bedroom or move over to the one next to his.

It's just a spare bedroom we don't even use so whichever one he occupies, I'll snag the other and will deal with the extra hole or two in there.

Yeah it will be insane around there. My house will have 3 minutes of totality, yet I'm driving four hours south to experience... also 3 minutes of totality. But at least its totality experienced at a cavern, and yes its 100% pointless. The perfect Rock Lobster thing to do.

Somebody called last week to schedule an interview for the 8th. They asked if I had conflicts. I said yes, and I'm fairly sure everyone on your end has as well. Traffic is going to be nuts.

Drew up and printed an organizer tray for my various heat inserts. This was then put into a plastic case that previously contained spare 40mm fans

Found a window crank knob on Thingiverse, after sizing it down 3 times I got it to fit.
Work Van has been missing these for several years now. It's little things like this that make life better.

It's PLA, I'll report back as I am curious too. But for now windows go up and down with very little effort. :D
