I didn’t print these personally, but I reverse engineered & modeled them & coworker printed them.

The use is for our plate laser tower. All it does is press into the tops of the steel rectangle tubes & provides a softer surface for the plates to rest on while the operator can bust the parts out of the skeleton plate. The time it took to print beats the $22/ea the machine manufacturer sells them for. These were printed solid for wear. We have a few different colors because we ran out of filament a couple times lol.

Well I've been working on the Chain Gayayang. Who Ha Who Ha.

I'm glad I kept the mini around. It comes in handy and is very reliable.

This is probably my most asked for design. It is a slim holder for two RSA security tokens back to back.
It has text to separate the admin token and the user token. I have printed out hundreds of them in PLA but recently have made some on my resin printer.
I have been offered money for them but as of now have given them out for free.

Cannot express how much I do not miss carrying around multiple RSA tokens, glad we’re able to use google Authenticator instead.
    Oh right, things I printed:
    First off, some spaghetti:

so I went off-book with some clamping, that actually worked:

Those are old rafts that I cut up to fit over a brim attached to the bottom of the part, and slipped under the binder clips holding the plate down, and it worked great. Definitely still need to figure out my adhesion issues, but at least this works.

Printed a tractor toy for my kid, partly as a test to see how much work would be involved to fit multiple printed pieces together.

I started printing an alphabet train to teach my kid the alphabet. I know there are files out there ready to download and print but I really wanted to roll my own on this one. The plan is to introduce a new letter car each day or every few days. I have about 15 more hours of printing left for all of the component pieces and then I can start assembly.
