    Yeah.
    Indiana Jones?

On that cracked print, my thoughts went to clogged nozzle. I've had prints with funky layers in the middle that seemed to be corrected by cleaning the nozzle.

Most slicers, including the creality slicer have built-in temp towers. It should be in Tools or similar.

What it does is it sets the temps for you, so each section of the tower prints at a different temp.

Working on a rear headrest replacement (Better visibility our rear window, but somewhere to attach pet protector). May add RAM and/or camera mount

    IMG_9117.jpg

Probably end up removing entire rear seat though (never use)

So this is the P1P I got for super cheap, I put some work into into it over the weekend cleaning it up and giving it a new look with an enclosure.

Used a white marble PETG filament to print out the frame for the acrylic panels, printed a cable chain from it too with some orange PETG accents, printed a new fan shroud for the parts fan that's more effective then the stock one, a filament guide tube, also swapped out the nozzle to a hardened steel with a spare I had laying around.

Enclosure called "Vision" can be found here: https://makerworld.com/en/models/18576?from=search#profileId-71771

Highly recommend getting some aftermarket lighting for the chamber along with the fan flow duct + nozzle wiper. Super easy installs and make a big quality off life difference while using the printer!

Did some more updating over the week, I took out the steel/plastic extruder gears are replaced them both with the brass and aluminum BIQU Panda Claw extruder gears since I've seen rusty dust in the gears on the non coated factory gears cause issues for people with feeding before and I updated to the CryoGrip Pro Glacier plate on the P1S purely because I liked the pop of color the blue plate has lol. We'll see if it holds up and performs well also too kthe updated PEI plate from the P1S and put it in the baby P1S I fixed up.

I inherited a flagpole from my ex-MIL, it's a telescoping unit and it is built with such high tolerances that it wobbles terribly and causes the pins to retract. She got tired of it randomly collapsing and bought a new one. I decided to see if I can design the pieces to close up the tolerances and make it functional again. This is the first piece. I will print tomorrow to see if it fits. Teaching myself CAD along the way.

I drilled a hole through mine and put a locking trailer hitch pin through it.. never had trouble with it collapsing, but it was to prevent the flag from being stolen.
