Take a bunch of pictures and do some photogrammetry.

I use agisoft but looks like https://alicevision.org/#meshroom is free if you want to mess around.

Scanners at this point it development have a wide range of capabilities, usually associated with cost. If you get a lower end scanner (say under $250-$300 or so) don't expect to scan smaller objects than say a football with any kind of acceptable accuracy, but that is just MHO, as I obviously have not tried every scanner out there. There may be lower models that scan small things well, but I have not encountered it yet.

If you have an iPhone too you can use the lidar to scan objects too and get decent results.

Tree in the yard? Tail gate??? lol

Considering at 200% it would be nearly 50", Id be hard pressed to find any wall space open enough to hang that bad boy.

Well, second print in the new K2+ is almost done.....
Dealing with something I'd not even thought would be a thing; printer poop!

I DLed a printer "poop chute" and a box to set behind the printer to gather the mini cyclone shaped poops the printer deposits when going through multi-color prints

Yeah, looks like a cool project...by the time I get me some green filament, I don't think I'll have time to print one before Christmas. :(

So I ended up creating a overhead panel mount that's 100% drop in (no trimming or modifying needed) that retains the use of 2 OEM style short switches and adds in the expansion and use of a 6 gang switch panel. It took a lot of trial and error to get it to work in such a tight area but I got it down and so far it's pretty dope!

You can see the comparison to the OEM panel with 1 switch from factory and my other 2/3 switch options I've created.

    Horror!? It's beauty!

Tree supports with minimal material wastage and it pulls off in one piece pretty much
