A while back I picked up a snug top extra vision canopy for my 01 DC. It is silver and my rig is white. I have been thinking of getting some quotes here locally for a color match and was wondering what ballpark to look for.

I bought an A.R.E. top that was white. I took it to maaco and they charged me $175 after a little negotiating in which I offered to pay in cash and told the guy I didn't need a receipt.

Supossebly they color code match it to my truck but when the sun hits it it looks a shade darker. I guess you get what you pay for.

I've been quoted anywhere from $300-$400 for a good quality color matched job. I decided that I'd rather spend my money on something else and deal with a mismatched truck.

It could have been a better paint job but all in all I'm happy enough with what I got for the price. Plus the white shell on my marroon truck was driving me insane! It looks a lot better now.
