What do these wires do?

While pulling off my sirius dash mount the plate next to the radio came off too, exposing these blue and green wires. Any ideas?

 

not sure.. maybe passenger airbag turn off? but no switch there. its a guess but not to accurate i wouldnt think

 

yeah, Gotlift37's right. those should be for the passenger airbag manual shutoff.

 

Before you pulled it off, you did not see a switch with a key slot? For the passenger airbag?

 

It was a smooth blank plate on an '08 Sport. The end of the wire has a plug that just sticks into a square hole on the back side of the plate to secure it.

 

I think we're on the right track....All the trucks would be pre-wired for the pass.airbag shut-off key,but because the DC dosen't have one,they just dead end it at the plate.
