Used it for a hairdryer to warm up wife's ski boots last winter...didn't have any issues, and ran it for about 5 mins.

When the battery is dead, I use the bed outlet to jump-start the truck. Very handy!

I use it quite a bit. When I go camping, I plug in air pumps for air mattresses, my George Foreman grill, iPod player, drink mixers, the wife's blow dryer, and recharging cell phones. In the city, I usually run basic power tools if I'm not close to a power outlet.

    It's pretty convenient!

Smoke headlights, improved LED tail lights...Pending: De-chrome badges and grille, new tires
I haven't had the chance to use mine yet. I think tools would be the most likely. I am a fan of the coffee pot though. Looking for Steelhead on the river can be a cold experience. I nice hot cup of joe might be the ticket.....

Some of you seem to be running way past the output of the inverter, most all electrical resistance heat type items are way to much amp draw: most household blow dryers are 1200-1500 watts, our small G Forman grill is 820 watts, small 3 cup Mr Coffee is 700 watts total.
