I have the Off-Road. The sport is nice and I like the bigger wheels, but I really wanted the off road. I am not a fan of that hood scoop, especially if it is not functional. I still cant figure out why the sport has bigger wheels than the off road.

    Bigger wheels = more bling.

When you off road you want the smaller 16" wheels because it allows you to have more sidewall on your tires giving you improved traction.

I got the SR5 with every option I could get sans TRD package. I didnt want to pay for a package that was going to get ripped off and replaced anyway.

Not following ya. I wanted a better suspension than what the TRD packages offered. Thats why I got the SR5 without the TRD package, as I replaced the suspension before I had 100 miles on the truck.

Mods? What's a mod? Bone stock, baby. Well, okay. Maybe a few smallish mods. If you count a locking gas cap, coin holder and a behind-the-seat trash bag.
Yeah, I loves my 2-wheelin' on-road truckin'. Yes I do.

I also thought about the sport pkg when shopping but, it was the locking rear diff that sold me. Plus, I couldn't find the sport in a short bed ver. L/b dbl cab wouldn't fit in my condo's garage.

i got the sport 4x4 and regret not having the damn locker...
adding a locker is expensive, buying a hood with scoop and color accents is cheaper than buying/puting an e locker!!!

    damn!!
