Some lower trims seem to have it, but any NAV unit doesn't.

Are you really saying bluetooth is going the way of the CD player? Somehow I doubt this.

Spotify is for going to the mall. It doesnt work offroad where there’s no coverage. Copying CD’s to a USB drive is a great alternative.

You can use Spotify offline mode for when you don't have signal

I did try it but cancelled and deleted it off the phone as it as it didnt give me any spark of joy.

with the USB, I can control the songs with voice or steering wheel buttons also.

Mp3s have been a thing for like 20 years. Do you avoid buying vehicles that lack a tape deck too?

CDs are obsolete from a sound quality and convenience standpoint. It used to be that mp3 and streaming services didn't match CD quality. But current streaming services have pretty damn good quality. Tidal hifi service even streams higher than CD quality music and you can also download whatever you want.

Oh, cool. But its a phone and flops around and falls between the seats and gets stuck on a shitty song you can’t stop until you can get the phone back. :anonymous:

The USB drive just stays there in the slot no matter how bumpy the trail is. :)

Wrong again. Phone stays in pocket. Spotify interfaces with head unit controls

Cheaper than a single CD purchase (if those are even available anymore)

I still have my LP player, but the head unit lacks any RCA jacks for it... :pout:

Hey....I’m just needling you, but honestly, Spotify reinvigorated my love of music. It’s a great service for the price, and I’ve been surprised that I don’t just constantly skip, and have found new artists that I love. Made me feel young again, so I thank it for that.

I held on to CDs until last year, but I wouldn’t go back. I appreciate LPs, but not so good in the truck.
