What do you think this truck is worth?

Found it on CL, and its local, VERY local.


2004 TRD 4x4 V6 Manual trans 92,XXX Miles. Asking $15,000 firm, but If I can go look at it tonight Ill offer less, obviously.

What would be a good offer to throw out there, assuming the truck is still available?

Thats what i would wind up doin..I got $8,000 for my truck, and I'd borrow $4,000 and bring it with me. Whats the worse that can happen? lol

I wanted the Lunar mist silver, but those trucks are hard to find for some reason.

 

Just looking at it, I'd say 12K. And seeing as others thought the same, I think that's fair.

 

From the tiny pics on the CL ad, the interior looks decent too. Wont know till I go look, if its available.

 

I have seen alot of similar trucks and I think the going average is $11,500. I think it will be on CL for a long time at that price. Of course, maybe he has no immediate need to sell.
I've seen a few with some good mods and similar mileage go for $15k, but no stockers, unless it was a dealer offering financing.

Sure, 12 seems ok. A bit high, but ok.

Mine was the same truck option-wise, but an 01 with 150k. It also came with mud tires, sliders, and King coilovers though.

Bottom line is this guy is in lala land if he thinks he can get 15 FIRM for it. 12 is reasonable.

 

12k sounds about right to me. It looks pretty clean.

 

Make sure it has the locker, if not give him 10.

The frame could be shot, making the truck worthless. Check it out good if you do decide to purchase it.

 

Assuming excellent inside and out, and SR5, AC, CC, PW, etc., it would go for 12k all day in these parts.

 

He hasnt gotten back to me yet, so well see.

I have a 01, I paid $9000 for mine, and mine has 64,000, sounds high to me to

 

I got my 06 for 15k. I would offer 10k if he doesn't bite , then offer 11 or 12

 

I seen that on cl. $12k is a fair price $15k if it had 50k miles
