what guage power wire??

    Gonna be running 1 kicker solobaric 12 with a kicker 600.1 amp at 2 ohms. Was thinking 4guage amp kit would do the trick, anyone disagree?

    gauge wire depends on the size fuse and kinda the power of the amp too but i would use 4ga for that size amp

    im running rockford 4ga with almost the same setup just a diff amp! that sub is a beast!

    I wouldn't even sweat it at 4 awg. I've got a 1200w on 8 awg.

    1200w on 8 awg doesn't sound like a good idea. you've got to be melting that wire somewhere under the carpet.
