I wasn't there when the tech arrived to match the sensors. I work right around the corner from Discount Tire so I dropped my truck off in the morning and picked it up when they called me to tell me it was done. I'm not sure if he worked for DT or not, but they did tell me this guy rotated through many of the Illinois DT shops and performed this service.

Thanks for the reply. I was just curious. Glad your truck is fixed.

So which wheels will have a flawless transition with the old sensors so I don't have to spend $48753948739. on new sensors?

This changes the entire dynamics of my eventual new wheel purchase. But like Brunes said, I'd rather have the light come on when I need it then be sorry later.

I'm with you on having them when I need them. I know some people will argue we don't need them, but for me, the extra bucks is worth it.

I also have the Moto Metals, and the sales guy at DT told me my stock sensors would have worked fine. The only reason I got another set is so I have sensors in each set.
